Shared direct mail for local businesses

5,000 neighborhood
mailboxes. One card.
Your spot on it.

We design, print, and mail one premium postcard to the homes around your business. You split the cost with fifteen other local companies, and you’re the only one in your category on the card.

Digital ads got expensive. Mailboxes got empty. That’s your opening.

The average person gets 121 emails a day and scrolls past hundreds of ads. Their mailbox? Six pieces of mail, and yours is the big, glossy one with a pizza coupon on it. Empty means attention.

You don’t need another agency retainer. You need your name in every kitchen within two miles of your front door, at a price that makes arithmetic sense.

If you’ve thought any of this, the card was built for you.

“My Facebook ads cost triple what they did three years ago.”
“I priced a solo mailer once: $3,600 before a single call came in.”
“I need customers in my zip code, not clicks from three towns over.”

A simple shared-mail model

One card. Sixteen businesses. Every mailbox in the route.

A shared postcard gives you neighborhood-scale reach while eleven other local businesses split the print and postage.

01

Claim your spot

Pick your neighborhoods from real USPS routes with exact home counts, and lock your category. One plumber, one dentist, one pizza place per card.

02

We design it free

Our designer builds your ad: offer, coupon, QR code, tracked phone number. Two revisions included. Nothing prints until you approve it.

03

We mail it. You get the report.

We print 14pt gloss, mail through USPS on the printed date, and hand you delivery documentation plus a tracked-response report.

This isn’t junk mail

It’s a curated collection of the neighborhood’s businesses: the plumber, the pizza place, the dentist. Homeowners keep it on the fridge. Your ad isn’t buried in a feed; it’s in the kitchen when the water heater dies.

The card math

5,000 homes split sixteen ways puts your business in front of a household for about 9 cents. One new customer usually pays for the whole campaign.

Run your own numbers

What would one card do for your month?

Set your own numbers: what a customer is worth to you, a conservative response, and your spot price. Pressure-test the spot before you spend a dollar.

New revenue$900

8 calls × 40% closed × $300 = $900 from a $465 spot

Illustrative only, not a promise of response. Actual results depend on your offer, category, season, and neighborhood. We’ll show you real prior-card numbers before you commit.

Do the arithmetic

Going alone costs more than a year of shared spots.

This is the whole idea: one solo campaign to 5,000 homes costs more than an entire season of shared spots. You get the same mailboxes for about a tenth of the cost.

Who the card is built for

Claim your category before your competitor does.

Sixteen spots per card, one business per category. These are the categories that pull, and the ones we honestly turn away.

One category. One business. Per card. When your competitor calls us next month, we say no. Reserving your spot locks them out of the mailbox.

Home & Property Services

Landscaping, pest control, roofing, HVAC, plumbers & electricians, pressure washing, cleaning, handyman & remodel, garage doors, pools, tree work, junk removal, fencing, solar, home security…

Why they work: Homeowners always need these, and they keep the card for later.

Food & Restaurants

Pizza, cafés & coffee, ice cream & smoothies, diners & breakfast, BBQ, sushi & Mexican, food trucks, bakeries, meal prep & catering…

Why they work: People love saving on food nearby, so coupons get fast responses.

Health, Beauty & Lifestyle

Gyms & studios, massage, chiropractors, dentists & orthodontists, optometrists, med spas, salons & barbers, nails & lashes, physical therapy, martial arts…

Why they work: They run on trust and visibility, and the card builds both.

Automotive Services

Auto repair, oil & tire, wash & detailing, tint & wraps, auto glass, used dealerships, mobile mechanics, dent repair, transmissions…

Why they work: Nearly every homeowner owns a car and wants a trustworthy local shop.

Professional & Financial

Realtors & mortgage, insurance, accountants, financial advisors, attorneys & estate, home inspectors, property managers, title companies…

Why they work: These practices live on local reputation, and postcards compound it.

Pet & Family Services

Groomers, trainers, vets, sitters & walkers, daycares & preschools, tutors, camps, music & dance studios, photographers…

Why they work: Parents and pet owners trust what they can see locally.

Retail & Local Shops

Boutiques & gifts, furniture & mattress, décor & flooring, hardware, supplements, consignment, flower shops, garden centers…

Why they work: A strong promo gives the card a local-marketplace feel homeowners like.

Construction & Big Projects

General contractors, concrete & paving, siding, decks & patios, excavation, custom builds, kitchen & bath remodels…

Why they work: A single good client can pay for the entire year of mailings.

We turn some businesses away

Online-only stores, national franchises, MLM offers, tight-deadline events, and pop-ups without local roots don’t fit the card, because the model needs local, repeatable demand. If it can’t work for you, we’d rather say so on the first call.

See if your category is still open for the Oct 1 card.

Everything your spot includes

One flat price. No agency retainer. No surprise line items.

Your spot isn’t just ad space on a card. It’s a done-for-you local campaign with the receipts to prove it ran.

01

Professional ad design

Our designer builds your spot around one clear offer. Two revision rounds, and nothing prints until you approve.

02

Premium 9×12 card

Full-color, 14pt gloss, both sides. Big enough that it lands on top of the mail pile, not inside it.

03

USPS-verified delivery

Mailed to every home on your chosen routes with postal documentation and delivery counts you can check.

04

QR code + tracked number

Your spot gets its own QR code and call-tracking number, so every response is counted and recorded.

05

The tracking report

Calls, scans, and timing after each mailing. You'll know exactly what the card earned you.

06

Category exclusivity

You're the only one in your category on the card, with first right of renewal before anyone can take it.

07

A person reads every message

No ticket queues. Write to the shop, and the owner or the designer replies with a straight answer about your card, your routes, or your report.

The honest timeline

One mailing gets you seen. Three make you the name they know.

We’d rather set real expectations than sell you a miracle. Response compounds with repetition. That’s the whole reason campaigns beat one-off drops.

Mailing 01

You get seen

Recognition starts, tracked calls trickle in, and your offer lands on a few hundred fridges.

Mailing 02

Familiarity turns into response

This is where call volume usually jumps. People buy from names they’ve seen before.

Mailing 03

The neighborhood knows you

Response compounds, and renewals from this point cost you less per mailing.

Why we recommend three

We sell spots by the mailing, so a three-card run is a choice, not a contract. It’s the choice we recommend, because that’s how the channel actually works.

Built for local operators

If your customers live nearby, the card was built for you.

Home services

Your trucks are already in the neighborhood. The card keeps them there.

Restaurants & shops

A strong coupon in 5,000 kitchens beats a boosted post every time.

Practices & studios

Dentists, gyms, groomers: trust is local, and the card builds it fast.

Already running digital?

Keep it. Most of our advertisers run both. Mail is how you stop renting attention.

The Mailbox Guarantee.

If your card doesn’t mail on the printed date, your spot is free. If your first campaign brings zero tracked calls, the next mailing is on us. We guarantee what we control and make good on the rest.

Let’s be honest

The questions every advertiser asks before their first card.

“Does direct mail still work, or is this 2005 thinking?”+

It works better now than it did ten years ago, precisely because everyone left. In fiscal year 2025, USPS delivered 56.8 billion pieces of marketing mail. Businesses don’t keep spending at that scale on a dead channel. Meanwhile your mailbox competes with six items a day; your inbox competes with hundreds.

Source: USPS FY2025 results
“How do I know it actually mailed?”+

You get USPS documentation with route-level delivery counts, plus photos from the drop. And the Mailbox Guarantee has teeth: no mail on the printed date, no bill.

“What if my competitor takes my spot?”+

Then it’s gone until they give it up. That’s the point of exclusivity, and it cuts both ways. Current advertisers get first right of renewal before a category ever reopens.

“Why three mailings? Can’t I just test one?”+

You can. Every spot is sold per mailing, so one card is a fair test. But response compounds with repetition, which is why we recommend planning for three.

“How is this different from those coupon-pack envelopes?”+

An envelope of forty coupons is a pile. This is one oversized card with sixteen curated local businesses: no envelope to open, no stack to get buried in, and you’re the only one in your category.

Simple pricing. Real deadlines.

Reserve your spot on the Oct 1 card.

Same card, same 5,000 homes. Pick the size that fits your business, and save by booking consecutive cards: response compounds with repetition, and so does your discount.

For reference: a solo campaign to these same homes runs about $3,640 for design, print, postage, and mail prep.

Half Spot · 2×3″

$235/mailing

Billed once: $705 covers all 3 cards.

A coupon-sized presence at the easiest price. Two businesses share one slot, so it works best for restaurants, salons, and everyday services.

Double Spot · 6×4″

Max visibility

$699/mailing

Billed once: $2,097 covers all 3 cards.

Twice the real estate for less than two singles. One business, two spaces, and the most dominant presence on the card.

Reservations for the Oct 1 card close Sept 18, and design starts the same week. Multi-mailing bookings are billed once at reservation; unmailed cards can be canceled for a refund per the Terms. Backed by the Mailbox Guarantee: miss the mail date, your spot is free; zero tracked calls on a first campaign, the next mailing is on us. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Frequently asked questions

Know exactly what you’re buying.

Straight answers before you spend a dollar.

Who designs my ad, and what does it cost?+

We do, and it’s included. Send your logo and your offer, and our designer does the rest, with two revision rounds. You approve the final proof before anything prints.

What areas does the card cover?+

We mail by USPS carrier route, so coverage is exact, down to the street. Use the neighborhood checker and we’ll send the current route map with real home counts for your area.

When is the next mailing?+

Cards mail on the 1st of the month, and reservations close about two weeks before so design and printing finish on time. The next card mails Oct 1; reservations close Sept 18.

What if my offer changes between mailings?+

Businesses running multiple mailings can update the offer, coupon, or artwork between mailings at no charge. That’s what the revision rounds are for.

What does the guarantee cover, exactly?+

Two things, plainly: if the card doesn’t mail on the printed date, your spot is free. And if your first campaign generates zero tracked calls or scans, your next mailing is free. We guarantee the things we control and make good on the one we don’t.
